Do people prefer to do a draft where everybody is online at the same time trying to make their picks or an autopick draft format?

An autopick draft basically means all of the players submit a ranked list of the available wrestlers with characters they would like to have on their roster the most at the top and characters they would like to have the least at the bottom. When their turn in the draft comes up, I would then look at the rankings they submitted and draft for them the highest ranked wrestler they have on their list that is still available and fits their open roster positions. In an autopick draft, a robot would typically serve as your proxy. Since we don't have a robot, in this case, I would serve as your proxy during the draft.

If you do want to do a draft where everyone is online at the same time, do you want to do it here or on Facebook or Skype or Messenger? And when do you want to do it?

If we do a draft where everyone is online at the same time and makes their picks and someone for whatever reason is unavailable at that time, they will need to submit their preferences to me and I'll make autopicks in their place based off their rankings and everyone else can draft live as their turn comes up.
